A journey to the beyond

Knightwing watched as a deal was struck and it was agreed that Mist would speak with the older Dragons first. When a Skeletal Dragon appeared out of the cave, Knightwing was at first a bit afraid. When the Dragon changed to his wolf form and had less bones showing, she became less frightened. Knightwing was still wary around these Dragons especially the one called Bear, but this new one Grim, seemed friendly enough. As Grim spoke, Knightwing was surprised at how his voice sounded. Realizing she might have been staring, Knightwing looked at the ground.

As the black dragon appeared from the cave mist looked confused. He looked younger in his wolf form but wasn't the most charming she smiled as he walked to her kindly. Mist pulled her head back slightly as Grim placed the rose at her paws. "Thank....you...." Mist slowly and almost awkwardly said. "Well....can you please stay in wolf form as long as possible? It's scaring away the prey..and if you do..you're pack will be staying with mine." Mist smiled, trying to be kind.

Mist nodded as grim accepted and walked into the cave. Mist was listening to the voices in the cave a strange look crossed over her face. as plants grew quickly. a strange confusion crossed over her mind. 'What the heck did grim just say? If he flirts with me again I will Raise Hell..' Mist thought.

Mist smiled back at her and said "My name is Mist, and can you please stay in wolf.form as long as possible? If so you and your pack may stay with my pack" Mist warmly smiled back to her.

“Well that shouldn’t be a problem for me since I can be basically any thing or at least take its shape. This is my most common form and I think I’ve only used my dragon form 3 times all when traveling” Forest explained calmly. The female then leaned towards “If Bear or Winter or anyone really get aggressive let me know” she whispered to Mist before walking back into the cave. The carpet of grass and flowers stayed. An extremely bright of arctic blue light flashed filled the whole cave which was followed by a cold breeze washing over the wolves outside. A black dragons face then came out yet it looked like he had been shoved out and he was sliding. He groaned lowly and mumbled something and then lifted his head. Something like really light blue snow fell from the bit of fur that went down his neck. His eyes were solid arctic blue and there were 3 lines at the corners of his jaws the were also that color. “Phantom perfect timing you sure you weren’t leaving to avoid anything” Winter narrowed her eyes. “It was my mom I swear if you want to ask I’ll make your way but I won’t go she’s the one who just shoved me out of the place” the male spoke annoyed. His voice sounded like he was far away yet it was still deep. “Well from what I know your mom isn’t the most likable....I’m not sure what I should call her” Winter chuckled nervously. “Anyways what am I in perfect time for?” The male questioned. “Ah yes Mist here will be asking a favor of you” Winter smiled to him. “I swear if it’s about killing som-“ “oh calm down I know you won’t do that, I’ve asked” Winter rolled her eyes. “Can I make sure I didn’t hit anyone on my way in first?” Phantom gave his head a tilt. “Yes yes do please” she assured. The dragons face dipped into the darkness and talking could be over heard. Quickly he was back but he stepped completely out now. His black scales reflected the suns light as the blue at the edges of his wings did the opposite. His main horns went back with the bit of fur only down his neck. 3 Small nubs Of Horns above his eyes and one in the middle along with one on the tip of his snout. He looked over everyone and sat infront of Mist even though no one had told him which wolf she was. “Magnum” Phantom hissed lowly as if he was displeased. “Phantom” Magnum spat lifting his head. “Still freaking out and killing people” Phantom tilted his head with a growl. “Still killing the innocent” Magnum snapped. At this Phantom stood and roughly placed his wings down and opened his jaws slightly letting mouth his mouth fill with a cold arctic blue air. Magnum turned towards Phantom and let his jaws hang loosely as lava dripped from it. “I never kill the innocent” Phantom growled to the other male. “I know other wise” Magnum snarled. Both males now just stared to eachother daring to make the first move. “I know you won’t attack me” Phantom smirked. “Why wouldn’t I” Magnum quickly snarled and raised his head. “Cause you know it’s pointless and all you will do is die. Maybe I should put you out of your misery” Phantom said with his smirk growing. “I dare you” Magnum snarled loudly. For now both males were silent just staring at eachother. With how the were standing Phantom had his wing over Mist, Knightwing, and Rose. The 3 girls could feel the coldness coming from the males body unlike Magnum where he was extremely warm. Magnum had made sure his wings rested over no one so he didn’t let lava drop onto them. The air became still around as no one was speaking and the males were just looking over eachother Ready to fight but neither made a move. By the look on Winters face she didn’t want to interfear and was possibly scared. Bear, Bear had fallen asleep behind Winter claiming he was bored of the females chit chat.

Phantom.

“Don’t touch him” Magnum warned. Phantom snarled once more to Magnum as a purple and black wolf stepped out. He had a large a large dark arctic blue spot over his shoulder and chest. Phantom stepped away from the purple and black male. He carefully stepped over the others almost hitting Magnum with his tail. “Hit me with your tail I’ll shred you” Magnum snarled. “That’s no different then suicide” Phantom growled lowly. “Guys come on you remember what happened last time” the male with the large wound like thing said softly. “Well you got in the way” Magnum rolled his eyes. “And I hit him...when trying to hit you” Phantom snarled to Magnum. “Hey I’m not dead so it’s all good” the other male chuckled. Magnum looked to the side as Phantom looked down. “Just cool out and let the girl speak to Phantom without you two at each others throats” the said before going back inside. Phantom and Magnum let puff smoke from their snouts. Phantom resumed sitting in front of Mist as Magnum laid back down. Both males stared to eachother annoyed.

Mist lowly growled as magnum and phantom argued. once they were finished she looked to phantom and cleared her throat.
"well, can you please stay in wolf form..it'll scare all the prey away if your always in your dragon form." she smiled. "and my pack will provide a place to stay." she again smiled.

“Well first off I won’t be around a lot anyways and if I go anywhere I don’t use my dragon form” Phantom said now looking to Mist. “Just don’t touch me seriously for your safety” he then added. Magnum mumbled under his breath and Phantom apparently heard cause he moved his body so he was facing Magnum and roared towards him letting the air get colder. Magnum shook his body slightly and nipped towards Phantom who backed up. “I’ll get us all killed? You guys don’t even know theses things and I’ve lived with them most of my life! I’m pretty sure if anyone is going to get you all killed is you with your two sense” Magnum snarled roughly. Phantom brought his wing extremely close to Magnums face cause him to jump back. “Are you trying to kill me” Magnum snarled again. “You are freaking out. You need to calm down seriously” Phantom said lowly. Magnum lunged at Phantoms tail making Phantom lift himself into the air and freeze Magnums jaws shut. It wasn’t exactly ice though, it didn’t melt with the contact of the lava and it looked more blue. Magnum clawed at the mass of ice like thing on his snout only to leave burns like the other wolf had on his wings. Phantom proceeded to freeze Magnum to the ground by his tail and legs until Winter shifted into dragon and hit then both with her tail. “Both of you will sit quietly inside the cave before I break your necks and or let you slowly drown in your own blood” She snarled now showing her dark side. Phantom licked the many cold masses that were on Magnum which melted off yet left sensitive blue wound like spots. Winter quickly shifted back down into wolf after the boys had went inside. “I’m terribly sorry. Phantom accidental killed Magnums only siblings and Magnum has never gotten over it” Winter huffed gently. “Opal dear please come out here then watch the boys” Winter shouted her voice now sweet as before. A slender black wolf with a very long tail, blue eyes and a blue stone on her forehead stepped out. Winter gently licked the new blue wound on her tail. “Yeah I know how they get” Opal chuckled lightly.

Opal.

“Oh I’ll be fine dear! Also it’s a spirit like burn not ice so I’m afrid you would only get burned as well” Winter smiled to her. “Those 2 always at eachothers thoats” Opal sighed and shook her head slightly.

Knightwing nodded at Winter as she said she wouldn't be able to help. "Oh okay, I'm glad you will be fine." Knightwing said with a small smile. She glanced at Opal and wondered what she would say to Mist's proposition.

Mist smiled at opal and then cleared her throat. "Umm, can you stay in wolf form as long as possible? It's scaring away the elk herds..and if you agree then your pack can stay temporarily with mine." Mist smiled.
